Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy constitutes the Data Processing Policy of the operator of the website en.riegerdani.hu (hereinafter: the “Website”) (hereinafter: the “Operator”). It contains essential information regarding the collection, processing, and storage of personal data of Website visitors (hereinafter: the “User”), as well as the rights of Users and the means by which those rights may be exercised.
This Privacy Policy complies with applicable data protection legislation and has been developed in accordance with the following legal provisions:

3. Legal Basis, Scope, Purpose, and Duration of Data Processing
3.1 Legal Basis for Data Processing
Pursuant to Section 5 of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, data processing is based on the User’s voluntary consent.
3.2 Scope of Processed Data
The User is not required to provide any personal data in order to use the Website.
During the use of the Website, the User’s IP address, the start and end times of the visit, and, in certain cases—depending on the settings of the User’s device—the type of browser and operating system used may be recorded. These data are logged automatically by the system. The Operator does not link the data contained in the log files with any other personal data. The Operator uses these data solely for the purpose of improving the Website.
The Website provides a Contact Form through which Users may send messages regarding the Website, its content, or the services offered. When submitting a message, the User is required to provide their name, e-mail address, and telephone number.
By sending a message, the User voluntarily consents to the processing of their data.
The Website uses Gmail e-mail services for automatically generated e-mails.
To facilitate user identification and future visits, the Website may place cookies on the User’s browsing device. Users are informed about the use of cookies upon their first visit to the Website.
Cookies are stored on the User’s own device, and therefore the User has full control over them. If the User wishes to delete or disable cookies related to the Website, this can be done through the settings of the browser used to access the Website or by clicking the appropriate opt-out button on the Website’s Cookie Information page.
3.3 Purpose of Data Processing
The Operator uses and processes the data provided by the User exclusively for the purpose of delivering a higher level of service to Users, particularly in the following areas:
- Responding to questions and quotation requests submitted through the Website and, where necessary, clarifying them at a later stage;
- Improving the content and services of the Website;
- Further optimizing the Website to better meet the needs of Users.
The data provided by the User are stored in an internal database accessible only to the Operator’s authorized staff. The Operator does not use the data for purposes other than those specified above.
Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties with the User’s prior informed consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
3.4 Duration of Data Processing
The Operator is entitled to process the personal data provided by the User (name, e-mail address, telephone number) until the User exercises their right to request deletion of their data. If the User declines an offer received from the Operator, the Operator shall delete the User’s personal data without undue delay.
Messages received through the Website may also be stored in the administration panel’s “Responses” module, depending on system settings. Such data are retained for 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted from the system.
4. Data Security Measures
The Operator stores data within the territory of Hungary on dedicated servers located in the server facilities of Rackhost Zrt., protected by physical security measures.
The Website uses an HTTPS certificate to ensure that messages sent by Users through the Website cannot be intercepted by unauthorized parties.
5. Amendments to the Privacy Policy
The Operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version of the Privacy Policy is always published on the Website.
Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the Website to ensure they are aware of any changes.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Users may request information regarding the processing of their data, obtain a copy of the data being processed, request correction of inaccurate personal data, or request deletion of their personal data through the contact details of the Data Controller.
The Operator shall fulfill requests for correction or deletion within five business days of receipt.
Users may object to the processing of their personal data in the cases specified by applicable law.

Users may lodge complaints or seek legal remedies with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):
